Our produce is grown and processed the natural way, without chemical fertilisers, pesticides or added preservatives, as we've done since 2016. We're FSSAI licensed (Lic. No. 22424584000266), and we're always happy to tell you exactly how any product is made.
Oil pressed slowly in a traditional wooden chekku, without high heat or chemical solvents. It keeps the natural aroma, colour and taste of the coconut, groundnut or castor seed.
Polishing makes grains look shiny but strips the outer layer. Unpolished dals and traditional rice like Kattuyaanam and Kichili Samba keep their natural texture and taste, the way they were cooked for generations.
